Wing Chun Kuen training

Wing Chun is a Traditional Chinese martial art known for its direct, no-nonsense approach to self defense. It doesn't require flexibility or athleticism to start - just a willingness to learn.  in my classes we focus on proper structure and sensitivity and flowing techniques and building confidence step by step in a small small group setting.

Hung Kuen Kung Fu training

Hung Kuen is a traditional Chinese martial art that build strength, power, flexibility and confidence though structured practice.  Its routines are graceful yet powerful, combining animal inspired movements with practical self defense applications. Beginners are welcomed - you don't need to be fit or flexible to start, just bring your curiosity.
